I was raised as a Christian, but I always had questions about things they couldn’t answer. I never understood how we were in a spiritual war. I questioned why we didn’t celebrate the sabbath, when it says it in the Bible and that’s what we’re supposed to follow. How come nobody I met was doing what’s in the Bible, other than an occasional person here and there (I believe Yah began showing this when I was young, as my elementary school teacher who was from Trinidad, kept the Sabbath. I lived with her my 4th grade year). So, I always kept my relationship with God (what I called him at the time) personal, despite me sinning and doing everything else. I had already started turning back to God; I was watching Truthunedited on Youtube only because he gave a detailed description and scriptures of what the Israelites endured. But in Sept 2024. I heard that we were Israelites, as black Americans, and immediately I went to the Bible and the scripture that the person led me to was Deuteronomy 28. And then, shortly after, Truthunedited did a video entitled “We Are not Black People,” which discusses how we are Israelites and how it came about. I was in awe. I feel like Yah has been telling me my whole life, but he was only giving me small pieces at a time. I always thought someone, whoever got to the Bible first, made some changes, but ultimately I believed that Yah wouldn’t allow them to change it too much. That’s when I hear about the name differences. One day, I was looking on Youtube for difference between Yahusha and Yahawashi and Prophecy Ministries came up. I have been stuck with you all ever since. Many of my questions were answered once I accepted that we are the Israelites and that’s why we endure the most. I’m truly thank to Yah for waking me up and guiding me to this congregation. I know, without a shadow of doubt, that he has me here for a reason.
